Pennies for Peace - total

Hello readers,

What a wonderful book we finished reading. I highly recommend, "Three Cups of Tea" to anyone wanting to learn more about another culture and be a part of one Americans journey of dedication to serving others. This is a book you won't be able to put down.

Our reading group collected pennies for Greg Mortenson's charity, Pennies for Peace, and sent the organization $34. We were delighted to do our part. The organization is a non-profit and you may learn more and get involved at www.penniesforpeace.com.

Over the summer months the reading group will be taking a break. However, we'll be conducting a new reading group in the fall. The learning doesn't end over the summer. Be sure to check back often to discover new learning and sharing ideas and tips.
