Heading to Afghanistan

Hello reading friends,

Tomorrow will be our final gathering to discuss the book, "Three Cups of Tea." It's been an incredible journey with excitement, passion, apprehension, concern, fear and success! What a journey Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin have provided us. I'm sure you have felt as through you have personally experiences the failures, challenges and successes right along with Greg. This book has provided us a first-person experience into the incredible journey they've experienced.

As we gather tomorrow we'll be discussing the final 4 chapters of the book (20 - 23) and brainstorm ideas of how we can share what we've learned with others. I can hardly wait to discuss this will all of you. If you have ideas or thoughts about sharing the learning with others you are welcome to post it in the comment section below. Together we have had the opportunity to learn, share and grow! What an incredible 6 weeks its been.

Please bring your "Pennies for Peace" containers tomorrow. I'm anxious to hear about the stories you will share regarding your collection process. Our penny collection experience is one small step in being a part of the CAI. I'm honored to have shared this learning with all of you.
